• Free 15 Minute Consultation (one time only to determine if naturopathic medical care is appropriate for your needs).
• First Office Call (FOC) Standard: $248.50/Cash Discount Rate: $240
  (duration of visit is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.)
• Return Office Call (ROC) Standard: $93/Cash Discount Rate: $90
  (duration of visit is 30 minutes; longer appointments billed by time in 15 minute increments at the rate of Standard: $46.50/Cash Discount Rate: $45 per increment.)
• Brief Office Call Standard: $46.50/Cash Discount Rate: $45 for 15 minutes.
  (A brief visit is determined by the doctor in advance.)

• Craniosacral Therapy (CS) Standard: $88/Cash: $85
  (duration of visit approximately 45 minutes)
• Contrast Hydrotherapy Standard: $41.50/Cash: $40 per 20 minute treatment
• Constitutional Hydrotherapy Standard: $83/Cash: $80

Prior to your first appointment, you will need to download your new patient intake forms, complete them, and mail them to the address below. The questionnaires are used to help identify areas where you may have health problems or risks. In addition, Dr. Miller will gain a comprehensive picture of your health status and will be able to focus on the health issues that concern you most.

Your first office call consists of a detailed interview/dialogue, a general screening physical exam, and recommendations for an individualized care plan.
